Leviticus 19:23-25 – Concerning the Laws or Rules for the 1st – 5th years …
23 When you go into the land and plant fruit-bearing trees, you are not to eat the fruit right away. It’s off-limits for three years.
Tell yourself: My first three years are off-limits … I must go through the process
24 When the fourth year arrives, all the fruit of those trees must be regarded as sacred, a praise offering to Me.
Tell yourself: In the fourth year, praise is not an option.
The fourth year is a year that must be held sacred as a praise offering unto the Lord …
25 When the fifth year arrives, you are finally allowed to eat the fruits of those trees. If you demonstrate your faith by following this procedure, these trees will be even more productive. I am the Eternal One, your God.
Tell yourself: In the fifth year Grace and favor has been granted, but there is a condition
The condition is that there has to be a demonstration of faith …
Faith does not allow intimidation to paralyze it from fulfilling its purpose
Faith is bold and reacts by responding to what cannot be seen in the natural (Hebrews 11:1, 6)
The fifth year is where the proof of the pudding proves itself … it is in the fifth year where the testing of our faith will show for itself!
Queen Esther took a leap of faith when she appeared before the king without permission …
For three days they prayed and fasted, although Scripture doesn’t say it, it could have been on the fourth day when Esther entered into the courts of the King without permission …
Since she chose not to allow the circumstances to over-ride her faith Queen Esther dared to demonstrate her faith and without hesitation entered into the King’s chambers knowing full well she could have been killed, but God gave her favor with the King (Esther 4:16, 5:1-2)
In the fifth year permission is granted to eat of the fruit of the trees providing you have demonstrated your faith without having any reservations whatsoever.
Jesus said: I am the vine, and you are the branches. If you abide in Me and I in you, you will bear great fruit. Without Me, you will accomplish nothing (John 15:5).
It is only by following the rules which do require faith with obedience that one will be able to eat from the fruit bearing trees …

Leviticus 25:18-22 – Concerning the Laws or Rules for the 6th – 9th years …
18 So follow My directives and live by My rules; as you do, you and your people will most certainly be secure in the land I will give you.
19 The land will produce an abundance of food, and you will have all you need to eat and live safely in the land.
In the sixth year The Word is to follow direction and live according to the rules and there you will dwell in safety with plenty of provision.
Did not Jesus in Matthew 4:4 say: “It is written, ‘Man does not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from out of the mouth of God’”
And again does it not say in Romans 10:17 “Faith comes by hearing and hearing comes by the Word of God”
20 You might ask, “What will we eat in the seventh year if we don’t plant and harvest crops?”
Herein lies the A.S.K. principle found in Matthew 7:7-8 … Ask and you shall receive, Seek and you shall find, Knock and the door shall be opened to you … wait with expectation and the answer will surely come
The seventh year, therefore, will be a year of receiving plenty of rest, with plenty of provision to sustain you for the whole year, providing you obey the rules concerning years 1 – 6.
21 Don’t worry. I will direct My blessing to come to you during the sixth year so that the land will produce three years’ worth of crops in that one year:
So, the sixth year will be a year of triple blessings. One for the Father, One for the Son, and One for the Holy Spirit …
The fruit bearing trees in the sixth year will increase and multiply at a ratio of 3 – 1 for every piece of fruit that hangs on its trees …
In John 15:5 “Jesus said: ‘I am the Vine and you are the branches, he that abides in me will bear much fruit …”’
Psalm 23:1 The Lord is my Shepherd, He is my Provider who will see to it that I will not lack or want for any good or beneficial thing …
Follow direction with faith and obedience and that which takes three years to produce will produce three times as much in the sixth year
But … somebody say but …
In verse 22 it reads …
22 Even while you are planting during the eighth year, you will eat your fill of the previous crops harvested in the sixth year. You will eat those crops right up until the time when you harvest the new crops in the ninth year.
In the eight year while you are preparing the soil to sow your seeds, you will be still eating leftovers produced from the sixth year right up until the time when you harvest the new crops in the ninth year
In other words, the fruit bearing trees that would normally take three years to produce their crops would not only be reproduced three times as much in one year within the sixth year, but will also last for another three years (Years 7 – 9)
Years 1 – 3 are off-limits
– Just tell someone that there is a time coming where we will be off-limits
_ However, also tell them that there is a time coming where we will have to take the limits off
Year 4 is a year of holiness with praise offerings
Year 5 is a year of favor with a condition
Year 6 is a year of triple blessings
Year 7 is a year of rest
Year 8 is a year of new beginnings
Year 9 is a year of reproducing fruit
And from there the cycle continues, but to receive the blessings, you must first demonstrate faith with obedience by complying with the laws and regulations concerning the Years 1 – 9

6 (following up with this parable) A man has a fig tree planted in his vineyard. One day he comes out looking for fruit on it, but there are no figs.
7 He says to the vineyard keeper, “Look at this tree. For three years, I’ve come hoping to find some fresh figs, but what do I find? Nothing. So just go ahead and cut it down. Why waste the space with a fruitless tree?”
8 The vineyard keeper replies, “Give it another chance, sir. Give me one more year working with it. I’ll cultivate the soil and heap on some manure to fertilize it.
9 If it surprises us and bears fruit next year, that will be great, but if not, then we’ll cut it down.”
Tell someone that in the fourth year … help is on the way!!!
Elder Susan gave us a testimony recently about a plant that needed to be rescued
The plant needed lots of TLC; it suffered from lack of attention, and had outgrown the pot so, leaving little room, if any, for the plant to grow
But in the fourth year … help was on the way … Elder Susan arrived on the scene …
In the fourth year nourishment came, intercession was made and because agape love stepped in the plant was able to thrive again …
The fourth year is becoming what God has called you to be…
It is in the fourth year that the fate of a fruitless tree will be determined…
It is in the fourth year that the attitude of the vineyard keeper would determine whether or not the fruitless tree would be persevered or severed …
It is in the fourth year that a fruitless tree is given another chance or another opportunity to produce fruit through intercession

22 The Holy Spirit produces a different kind of fruit: unconditional love, joy, peace, patience, kindheartedness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control
Just as becoming a Christian is a freedom of choice and is not a forced conversion, so, the fourth year is your time to go forth in Him by Freedom of Choice; we are not forced to do anything …
Exercising your right to use your will freely was given to you by God …
If there is one thing God cannot do I believe is this …
(a) He would never force or coerce a person into doing anything against their will …
(b) Why? Because it would mean that God would have to violate His own principle …
So, what am I saying … the success or failure of your fourth year depends on you …
God bless you 🙂
