O God, You are my God; early will I seek Your Face. My soul thirsts for You and my flesh longs for You in a dry and thirsty land where there is no water. So, I choose to look into Your Sanctuary to see Your power and Your glory.
Because Your lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise You and I shall bless You while I am living upon the face of this earth. I shall lift my hands in Your Name, for it is only in Your house that my soul shall be satisfied with substance. My mouth shall praise You with joyful lips.
Father, when I meditate upon Your goodness and Your mercy that You have extended towards me and my family, friends and nations, I will, under the protection of Your wings rejoice as my soul follows closely behind You.
Thank You, Father, thank You that all who believe and testify of You and Your mighty works for who You are will enter into Your glorious presence.
Oh, what a glorious day that will be when we can be like Father Abraham who looked and waited for the city which has foundations whose maker was God (See Psalm 63 paraphrased with Hebrew 11:10).
It is written in Revelations 21:9-11s as follows:
Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls filled with the seven last plagues came to me and talked with me, saying, “Come, I will show you the Bride and the Lamb’s wife.”
And he carried me away in the Spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me the great city, the Holy Jerusalem descending out of heaven from God having the glory of God … (NKJV)
…. And the name of the city from that day shall be: The Lord is There” (See Ezekiel 48:30-35 NKJV).
